Noel has been a professional artist for over ten years.  She independently markets her images—both originals and limited edition prints—through local shops and art venues.  Her work has grown to include a line of embroidered art shirts bearing those images.  Currently she is illustrating two books she authored and is working on a new line of greeting cards.

Noel is also an accomplished commercial artist, working with organizations such as the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America.  She works with small business owners as well, designing logos, brochures, and product page layouts.

Noel served as a judge at the Alaska State Fair during the years 2000-2003, and served as an instructor of drawing and watercolor painting for the last 2 years.  Her professional accomplishments include local and national awards from juried art exhibits.
